What we collect
When you request a quote or check coverage, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone if you share it, ZIP code, and your description of the job. The cost estimator, donation checklist, and timeline planner run entirely in your browser and send us nothing. Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate the site, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it: the one-pro promise
Quote requests and coverage checks are emailed to our service inbox so a person can reply. When coverage exists in your area and you want to proceed, we share your request details with at most one vetted local professional so they can quote your job, and we tell you who they are. That is the entire flow. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not distribute it to lead lists or multiple contractors, we do not run third-party ad trackers on this site, and we do not add you to a marketing list for filling out a form. If we ever offer a newsletter, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers to run this site: our hosting platform (Vercel) and our transactional email provider (Resend), which delivers your quote request to us. Each processes your data only to provide its service.
Retention and deletion
Quote emails live in our service inbox for as long as they are useful for serving you, including while your area waits for coverage. Want your details deleted? Email support@cleanoutready.com from the address you used and we will delete the correspondence.
Cookies
This site works without login cookies. Analytics, when enabled, may set a first-party cookie or local storage entry to distinguish visits; nothing here is used to follow you around the internet.
Children
This site is for adults arranging services for a property and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
